Get Rid of Your Exchange Server
Many organisations are stunned to learn that after moving to Microsoft Office 365 they have to install an on-premises Exchange server just to mange their emails in Exchange Online. Wasn't the point of moving to the cloud so they didn't have to manage servers?
Fortunately there is now a fully-supported way to manage mailboxes in Office 365 without a hybrid Exchange server. Unfortunately the official solution from Microsoft falls a little short, but Steve Goodman from Practical 365 has presented an open source solution.

Also, it allows management and storage of information, provides authentication and authorization mechanisms and establishes a framework to deploy other related services. This service is a mandatory requirement for operation of an Exchange Server.
